CONSTITUTION: When an electric power source abnormality information receiving means 30 is started at a service processor 1, the electric power source abnormality information transmitted from an electric power source control device 2 is received and transferred and a recording lining-up means 20 is started. The started recording lining-up means 20 reads the present time from a clock 11, adds the present time and the identifying code and registers them to a recording file 12. On the other hand, when the service processor 1 detects the trouble of a logical device 3, it starts a logical device trouble information collecting means 40. The logical device trouble information collecting means 40 collects the trouble information of the logical device 3, transfers it to the recording lining-up means 20 and the means 20 is started, the started recording lining-up means 20 also reads the present time from the clock 11, adds the trouble information and the identifying code, at such a time, the identifying code to show the logical device trouble information is added and written into the recording file 12. Thus, the logical device trouble information and the electric power source abnormality information written in the recording file 12 are outputted from the output device.
