Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication shelter allowing a reduction in an installation cost, a construction cost and a running cost of an air- conditioner and a grounding member and achieving energy saving.
SOLUTION: The information communication shelter for storing various information communication apparatuses comprises an electrically and thermally conductive heat exchanging member 23 in combined use as a grounding member of the information communication apparatus for heat exchange between a temperature in a shelter room and an underground temperature for air conditioning. Heat shielding plates 11-13 are formed with a heat insulating material 12c and metal plates 12a, 12b and ventilation fans 14, 15 are mounted on a shelter body, and power for the ventilation fans 14, 15 is supplied from a solar battery panel 16. Furthermore, heat exchanger vessels 34, 43 are buried in the ground of heat exchanging operation, if required.
