To provide an information communication terminal and an information communication system, capable of using a retrieval site fitting to user's preference while omitting useless display until displaying a retrieval results.

The information communication terminal includes: a connection requesting unit 51 for requesting a connection by a URL; a display control unit 52 for controlling so as to display a retrieving page having a text box in which a character string is input in a display; a retrieval result requesting unit 53 for requesting the retrieval results by the URL including a retrieval character string with a character string input in an input window as a retrieval character string; a first memory unit 54 for storing the retrieval character string; an acquisition unit 55 for acquiring the URL including the retrieval character string used to request the retrieval results; an extraction unit 56 for extracting a retrieving URL with no retrieval character string added from the obtained URL including the retrieval character string and the retrieval character string stored in the first memory unit 54; and a second memory unit 57 for storing the extracted retrieving URL.
