Abstract:

To implement a communication relay function while suppressing an increase in power consumption and a reduction in throughput.

When a communication circuit 200 of a terminal 1 receives a frame and a control MAC part 257 determines that the received frame is destined to the terminal, the communication circuit outputs the received frame to a host system 100, and when the control MAC part 257 determines that the received frame is not destined to the device, a CPU 251 determines whether to transfer the received frame, and the communication circuit 200 transmits the received frame to other terminal 1 without outputting the received frame to the host system 100 when the CPU 251 determines to transfer the received frame.
