To solve the problem that when using information display devices with email and Internet browser functions, such as cellphones, at station premises and in trains, email text, Web search screens and the like displayed on display parts of the information display devices may be looked by others.
When the operator of an information display device displays email text, a Web search screen or the like on a display part, a camera is used to image-recognize persons viewing the display part. The face images of the persons image-recognized by the camera are collated with face images registered in a telephone directory. When a person who is not permitted to view the display part is detected, a massage is displayed on the display part, an alarm sound is issued, a predetermined telephone number is called email is transmitted, or a viewing angle is changed.
