Abstract:
To provide an information display element with superior long-term reliability which has an electrode wire and lead wire that are easy to manufacture and have no problem with respect to toxic nature and proper electrical conductivity, and are hardly separated at etching.
In PDP, an address electrode 8 made of Ag alloy is formed on a glass substrate 1 via a nitride layer 11. On in PALC, a discharge electrode made of Ag alloy is formed on the glass substrate via a nitride layer. Alternatively, in the TFT liquid crystal information display element, a lead wire made of Ag alloy is formed on the glass substrate via a nitride layer.
