This information display panel is formed with a plurality of cells partitioned by a partition 4 between two opposed substrates 1, 2 of which at least one is transparent, the cells are sealed with color particles 22W, 22B, 22R constituting display media having different display colors, in response to preset display areas 22RW, 22BW, and information such as an image is color-displayed in the information display panel. The partition positioned in a boundary part 23 between different colors of display is width-widened wider than that of the partition positioned in the other, in the information display panel.
