To provide an information display system which includes a means for readily learning information on use situations and abnormalities of a lavatory, and takes power interruption countermeasures, in order to alleviate burdens of care staffs concerning monitoring and management of the lavatory, to avoid neglect of a care-receiver for a long time at an abnormal state in the lavatory, and to avoid panic by extinction of light of the lavatory during use which is caused by power interruption in a facility such as a nursing-care facility or a nursing home.

By the information display system constituted of: a controller which operates by depression of a button and grasping of the use situations of the lavatory; a power unit including a storage battery; an information display tool; and an interlocking part with a device for notification, display of vacancy information of the lavatory, display of in-use information, display of use elapsed time information, automatic display of abnormality information in abnormal long time continuous use, an automatic emergency call of the abnormality information in the abnormal long time continuous use, abnormality information notification to the care staffs by the emergency call by the care-receiver himself/herself, and temporary illumination in the power interruption of the lavatory in use are made possible.
