Abstract:
To provide information by limiting to an information having a high possibility of being required by a user and to reduce the amount of communication data in an information provision system to a moving body.
The location and the advertisement ID of an advertiser are stored in an advertisement display device 7 which is mounted on a vehicle C, and the substance of an advertisement is not stored. The distance between the vehicle C and the advertiser is judged sequentially. When the vehicle C advances, the advertisement ID of the advertiser is transmitted to an advertisement downloading device 1 when the advertiser makes its way into a set range from the vehicle C, and the substance of a corresponding advertisement is acquired and displayed.
