The information distributing device 10 acquires a plurality of information from an information providing device 20, and generates distribution information based on the significance or demand of the information, and provides it to a user. When significance data are included in each information, a significance setting part 12 decides significance based on the significance data, and when any significance data are not included, the significance setting part 12 decides significance based on access circumstances to the information in the information providing device which provides the information, or based on the number of registration of information whose contents are equal to those of the information in the plurality of information providing devices. A demand setting part 14 sets the demand of the user for the information based on the genre of each information, or based on a keyword included in each information.
