Abstract:

To make an information distributing system more convenient.

With respect to the radio communication terminal which is provided with normal radio communication means corresponding to a wide-area communication system and is assigned a wide-area identifier for being identified in the wide-area communication system, non-normal radio communication means corresponding to a predetermined non-wide-area communication system, a non- wide-area identifier storing means which stores a non-wide-area identifier as an identifier for identifying the radio communication terminal in the non-wide- area communication system in advance and an identifier processing means which supplies the non-wide-area identifier to the non-wide-area communication system through the non-normal radio communication means are provided. After supplying the non-wide-area identifier to the non-wide-area communication system through the non-normal radio communication means, information is provided through the normal radio communication means.
