Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution device, information distribution system and information distribution method that allow vessel information on a vessel to be easily acquired without having a dedicated device such as an AIS and the like provided.SOLUTION: An information distribution device comprises: a first reception unit that receives navigation information on a vessel; a second reception unit that receives location information on a portable terminal from the portable terminal to be used in a vessel different from the vessel; an information acquisition unit that acquires vessel information about the vessel satisfying a prescribed condition with a location to be indicated by the location information as a reference of at least any one vessel of the vessel indicated by the navigation information and the vessel indicated by the location information; a storage unit that can record the vessel information acquired by the information acquisition unit, and can distribute the recorded vessel information to the information acquisition unit; and a control unit that distributes the vessel information acquired by the information acquisition unit to the portable terminal or an AIS (Automatic Identification System) serving as a transmission source of the navigation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
