To provide an information distribution system capable of distributing content information as desired by a user when needed wherein an operation for charging use fees is simple and plain.

The information distribution system comprises: a server for storing content information needed by a user in a storage means; and a client for downloading the content information from the storage means of the server through a network. The server comprises: customer data including at least identification information for user identification, a user name, and billing information; an identification means for identifying the user based on the identification information when accessed by the user; an ordering means for receiving and storing, for the every user, an order for the desired content information and schedule data about the order; and an aggregation means for preparing for content information distribution for the every user based on the schedule data stored in the ordering means, and aggregating to charge a use fee for the every user.
