Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit an operator travelling by vehicle to exchange various kinds of information by voice.
SOLUTION: An information exchange system is constituted of a plurality of information communication terminals 30 and an information managing device which is connected to the terminals 30 via a mobile body communication network and the Internet and functions as an Internet server. A chat room is opened for every ravelling road, etc., in the managing device and the information communication terminals 30 are connected to the managing device by using a bi-directional communication unit 56 to enter the opened chat room. Connection to the information managing device and the input/output of a message to/from the chat room are performed at each terminal 30 by utilizing a voice recognizing processing by a voice recognizing unit 50 and a voice synthesizing processing by a voice synthesizing unit 46. Thus the operator travelling by vehicle exchanges various kinds of information with another operator travelling in the same way.
