Abstract:
To prevent information leakage by an illegal application even if a permission that an application manages on a portable terminal is set so that another application is erroneously permitted to gain access.
An encryption processing part 121 generates a cipher key by combining characteristic information 111 characteristic of an application 110 with key information 126 common to all applications. Then the encryption processing part 121 performs encryption processing or decryption processing on data of the application 110 transferred between layers constituting an OS, for example, between an OS file API 112 and a file system 113 using the generated cipher key of the application 110.
