To provide an information management system and program for accumulating code information read by a portable code reader terminal in every reading, for consolidately managing a lending condition of the terminal, and for accumulating and managing code information of each user according to the lending condition.
The information management system 200 is composed of the portable code reader terminal 3, an access point 5, an information gathering device 7, a lending management device 9, and an information management server 11. Lending management information of the portable code reader terminal 3 is managed by a lending management database 15, and read code information is managed by a read information database 13. From the read information and the lending management information, code information of each user, depending on a lending condition of the portable code reader terminal 3, is generated as clip information to be accumulated and stored in a clip information database 17.
