Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide required information after working that information so as to be easily comprehended by another operation system without necessity for an operation system to grasp the storage place of that required information when possessing the prescribed required information by an operator in communication network service, and further, to efficiently store the required information.
SOLUTION: Operation information used for plural operation systems are unitarily managed in an information storage means M, requests transmitted from respective operators to operate the respective operation systems are received, the contents of these received requests are analyzed, the information required for that operator is discriminated and retrieved from the information storage means M, the request source is discriminated from the received request, and the information possessed from the information storage means M is distributed after being worked into information so that the operator of the request source can easily comprehend it.
