PURPOSE: To easily know the process of addition and modification and to rewrite data on a write only nonvolatile memory medium by recording a rewrite history of memory information on a recording medium such as addition and correction so as to display the rewrite process on a screen.

CONSTITUTION: When the remittee of a slip is rewritten, an altered and added information 22 is shown for an recording information memory part 2 with the aid of a newly added memory information existence 42, and identified by a memory information ID data 41. The same contents as the newly provided memory information ID data 41 are written on an existing additional information ID data 33, and the relative addresses from the top of a recording information 21 on an additional position indicating data 34, type-by-type information on an additional type-by-type data 35 and the data length of a recording information 21 to be rewritten on a rewrite target data length 36 are written respectively. The restoration processing of recording information is displayed on the screen in wrtie order, thereby showing ther rewrite history visually.
