PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information missing text determination device, an information missing text determination method, and an information missing text determination program capable of accurately determining if an inquiry text is an information missing text.SOLUTION: The information missing text determination device carries out a morphological analysis and a unique expression extraction on an input inquiry text, and based on the analysis result, determines whether the inquiry text includes any predetermined person attribute expression and whether the inquiry text includes an object type as a type of the inquiry object. When determining that no person attribute expression is included, and that no object type is included, the information missing text determination device determines that a piece of information is missing in the inquiry text.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
