To provide an information notification system and the method thereof capable of properly providing a service information required by a user by a push type information notification method.

A profile of the user is inputted, a position wherein the user exists is detected. A service information of a store or a shop is associated with the position where the user exists and the profile of the user in advance, and then the service information of the store or the shop is recorded in a recording means. Based on the inputted profile and the detected position wherein the user exists, the service information of the store or the shop recorded in the recording means is retrieved, selected and notified to the user. Therefore, the service information required by the user can be properly provided to the user by the push type information notification method.
