Abstract:
To perform a voice output of an electronic book at appropriate timing.SOLUTION: An information output control device 50 includes a book identification part 52 for identifying a book, a book information acquisition part 51 for acquiring contents of the book identified by the book identification part 52 and book information showing a presentation position of the contents of the book in a presentation surface presenting the book, a user detection part 54 for detecting a user's sight line position to the presentation surface and whether the user gazes at the presentation surface, an identification part 56 for identifying a place at which the user browses the book on the basis of the user's sight line position to the presentation surface and the book information, and a voice output control part 57 for outputting contents of the book after the place at which the user browses the book, identified from the user's sight line position just before a state where the user gazes at the presentation surface is shifted to a state where the user does not gaze in the case that the user detection part 54 detects that the state with the user gazing at the presentation surface is shifted to the state of no gaze at the presentation surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
