PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information output device which can provide various information for a user, and also can acquire various information such as the user's movement state without additionally acquiring the user's identification information each time.SOLUTION: An information output device comprises: a display 5 which displays price, etc. in an electronic shelf label T; a transmission/reception unit 1 which wirelessly receives a customer ID for identifying a customer, from a terminal device P carried by the customer; a recording unit 2 which records the received customer ID in association with time data indicating the time when the customer ID is received, as customer/time data 21; and a transmission/reception unit 4 which transmits the recorded customer/time data 21 and an article ID 20 in association to a server device SV.
