On the outside of a wheel body 511, a groove hole 512 for storing a tactile sense action application section 41 is formed along the peripheral direction of a wheel section 51. The tactile sense action application section 41 is extended along the peripheral direction of the wheel section 51 to be stored in the groove hole 512. The tactile sense action application section 41 includes a cord-like shaft section 43 that has abundant elasticity and that is circular in cross section and many projections 45 arranged on the surface of the cord-like shaft section 43 in a spiral manner. When the tactile sense action application section 41 rotates around the spiral shaft, a projection line formed from the many projections 45 displaces to advance toward one direction, and a tactile sense action is transmitted to the hand of a driver who grips a gripping section. When the tactile sense action application section 41 continues to rotate in a fixed direction, such a displacement that the spiral projection line advances in one direction infinitely continues to generate a continuous tactile sense action.
