To provide a system for guiding and retrieving an unmanned aircraft autonomously.
The information processing system receives a positioning signal from a GPS satellite 15 by a GPS antenna 6 and a GPS antenna 7 nearly simultaneously. Pseudo-distance data and carrier phase data obtained from a GPS receiving section 10 on a balloon 3 are transmitted by a transmitting section 12 and are received by a receiving section 11 on an aircraft body 1. A relative navigation calculation section 13 performs a relative navigation operation by combining the pseudo-distance data and the carrier phase data on the balloon 3 received by the receiving section 11 and pseudo-distance data and carrier phase data on the aircraft body 1 obtained from a GPS receiving section 9 and calculates the relative position and relative speed of the aircraft body 1 with respect to the balloon 3. The data on the relative position and relative speed is sent to a guidance control calculation section 14, which calculates the amount of guidance control for allowing the aircraft body 1 to collide with a cable 2. The aircraft body 1 guided by the guidance control calculation section 14 is decelerated by the collision with the cable 2 and is retrieved.
