To allow appropriate camera settings in a shorter time.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus configured to be connectable to an imaging apparatus has: function creation means that creates a conversion function for converting a camera setting to an exposure amount, based on a second image group obtained by picking up images with the imaging apparatus by using a plurality of camera settings different in gain from each other and a third image group obtained by picking up images with the imaging apparatus by using a plurality of camera settings different in aperture from each other; and LUT creation means that, based on a predetermined score function, calculates an evaluation score for all the camera settings, and defines a camera setting having a relatively high evaluation score for a certain exposure amount range as a camera setting for the certain exposure amount range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
