PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it harder for a user and the like to perceive receipt of information when transmitted information is received during a period where the user has a special schedule.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus comprises: a receiving part 12 for receiving transmitted information transmitted from outside; a notification part 14 for providing notification when the receiving part 12 receives the transmitted information; a storage part 15 for storing schedule information indicating a schedule defined by a period; and a notification block part 18 for blocking notification provided by the notification part 14 when the transmitted information is received by the receiving part 12 during a predetermined period specified by the schedule information stored in the storage part 15.
