Abstract:
To provide information processing for reducing damage on a part of a user's body or a real object due to collision between a real object held by a user or a part of a user's body and other real objects.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: prediction means for predicting a collision between a tool and a real object based on position information of the tool to be grasped by the user and positional information of the real object; determination means for determining whether or not the collision will damage the tool or the real object based on parameters related to the impact of the collision when the tool is predicted to collide with the real object by the prediction means; control means for performing control for warning the user when the collision is determined to damage the tool or the real object by the determination means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
