Abstract:
To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and an information processing program that improve the reading accuracy of a user's biometric information without impairing operability in an authentication process in which password information and the biometric information are read simultaneously.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 10 includes a display unit F11, a reception unit F12, a biometric information acquisition unit F13, and an authentication unit F14. The display unit displays a plurality of keys for inputting password information used for user authentication. The reception unit accepts the password information that the user inputs via an input unit by a slide operation for selecting any of the plurality of keys and a determination operation for determining the selected key. The biometric information acquisition unit acquires biometric information used for the user authentication from the user's finger in contact with the input unit in the slide operation or the determination operation. The authentication unit authenticates the user on the basis of the password information input by the user and the biometric information acquired from the user's finger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
