Abstract:
To solve the problem in a knowledge management system, wherein when fixedly defining the specialized field of the contributor of an article, the specialized field does not necessarily match the contributed article contents, and necessary information cannot be browsed if there is mismatching.
The specialized field of the contributor is grasped, on the basis of a browsed number of the article of the contributor or an estimation value by a third party. Visualization display by a matrix is performed so as to enable easy grasp of the specialized field.
