PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innovative viewing experience to viewers who are viewing an on-air program.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 11 comprises a comment processing unit 402 that registers a comment inputted by a user, to a contribution site during displaying a video content. The comment processing unit 402 automatically adds to the comment inputted by the user a keyword for grouping the comment with other comments in the contribution site, the keyword being a specific tag identified on the basis of the video content being displayed or a broadcast station providing the video content.
