An information processing apparatus 1 includes an operation state detection part 2, an operation command part 3 and a doze determination part 4. The operation state detection part 2 detects a predetermined operation state. The operation command part 3 outputs a command for urging predetermined operation. The doze determination part 4, when detecting that the operation state detected by the operation state detection part 2 is a predetermined state and detecting that the predetermined operation is not performed even after the lapse of predetermined timing after outputting the command, outputs a doze detection signal.
