PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus which can correct inconsistency between transmission order and arrival order of information without performing temporal synchronization between apparatuses.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus comprises: a communication control part for connecting the own apparatus to a network consisting of peer-to-peer connections between information processing apparatuses; an acquisition part for acquiring from a first information processing apparatus connected with the own apparatus by peer-to-peer communication, first information, including a first time clocked in the first information processing apparatus; a time difference management part for causing a time difference information storage part to store information of identifying the first information processing apparatus and a time difference between the first time and an own-apparatus time clocked in the own apparatus in an associated manner; and a generation part for generating second information by performing conversion on the first information acquired by the acquisition part to convert the first time to the own-apparatus time based on the time difference.
