Abstract:
To provide an information processing apparatus and an information processing system enable use of data for terminals including a printer driver or the like in a terminal apparatus even when a server apparatus managing the data for the terminal stops a down loading processing for the terminal apparatus.SOLUTION: A server apparatus 1 includes: a download processing unit 151 that performs a downloading processing for transmitting data D0 for terminals regarding use of an image formation apparatus 3 from a storage unit 14 to a terminal apparatus 2 in response to a download request received from the terminal apparatus 2; a determination processing unit 153 that determines whether or not the download processing in the server apparatus 1 is required to stop; a transfer destination determination processing apparatus 154 that determines a transfer destination apparatus to transfer the data D0 for terminals among the plurality of terminal apparatuses 2 when the server apparatus 1 is determined to be required to stop the download processing; and a transfer processing unit 155 that transfers the data D0 for terminals to the transfer destination apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
