An information processing device that displays an address bar including at least the current layer and upper layers among plural managed layers, and allows for movement to a layer designated through the address bar, comprises: a display target layer DB control unit 1004 that gives a fixation instruction for fixing display of any layer in the address bar; and an address bar creation unit 1003 that when, due to movement to a layer, plural layers included from the uppermost layer to the movement destination layer do not fall into a display area of the address bar, omits display of upper layers and does not omit display of a layer with a fixation instruction given thereto.
