Abstract:
To reduce time required for recovery from a failure.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 10 acquires a first log 5 of a specific log type from a system 4 to be monitored where a failure occurred. The information processing apparatus 10 executes processing for predicting a cause of failure in accordance with the acquired first log 5, using a first classifier 2 which can predict a cause of the failure generated in the system 4 using a log of the specific log type. The information processing apparatus 10 acquires a second log 6 of a log type which contributes to improving accuracy of predicting the cause of failure predicted with the first classifier 2, from the system, on the basis of important log information 1 indicating a log type which contributes to improving accuracy of predicting each of a plurality of causes of failures. The information processing apparatus 10 executes processing for predicting a cause of failure in accordance with the acquired second log 6, using a second classifier 3a corresponding to the cause of failure predicted with the first classifier 2, out of multiple second classifiers 3a, 3b, ....SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
