To generate deformation data that can accurately reproduce a change in the state of deformation.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus has: acquisition means that acquires first deformation data and second deformation data generated based on images obtained by photographing the same subject; calculation means that, based on the first deformation data and the second deformation data, determines a common part common in the first deformation data and the second deformation data and a difference part present in any one of the first deformation data and the second deformation data, and calculates position data corresponding to the boundary between the common part and the difference part; and generation means that generates state change data indicating a change in deformation including the common part and the difference part by using the position data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
