To utilize a stamp card further effectively.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: a storage unit 22 which stores user identification information for identifying a user, a digitized stamp card which records a digitized stamp given to the user, shop identification information which identifies a shop which can give a stamp corresponding to the stamp card owned by the user to the user by visiting the shop or purchasing a commodity sold at the shop, and a shop notification condition set by the shop which is a condition for notifying the user's information terminal of shop guidance information on the shop, in association with each other; a user identification unit 231 which identifies user information on the user; a determination unit 232 which determines whether or not the user satisfies the shop notification condition, on the basis of the user information identified by the user identification unit 231; and a notification unit 233 which notifies the information terminal of the shop guidance information on the shop if the determination unit 232 determines that the user satisfies the shop notification condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
