To provide an information processor, information processing method and information processing program, capable of, when a mobile body interferes with traffic of any other mobile body, autonomously moving the mobile body without need for attaching some equipment to the any other mobile body.SOLUTION: An information processor 12 for a mobile body includes: a sensing information acquisition section 101 for acquiring sensing information showing an external situation of a mobile body from a sensor used for object detection installed on the mobile body; a traffic disturbance determination section 102 for determining a mode of any other mobile body passing by the mobile body using sensing information; and a movement request generation section 103 for controlling a movement request to the mobile body using a determination result of the mode of the any other mobile body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
