To provide an information processing apparatus, and an information processing method and an information processing program that can improve occupancy rates of rentals.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus comprises: an input means providing part which provides input means capable of inputting a proposal associated with an end of renting of a rental, to a lessee terminal that a lessee who has made a lease contract of the rental operates; a proposal acquisition part which acquires the proposal input using the provided input means; an information notification part which gives notice of rental information on the rental associated with the acquired proposal; and a commission notification part which notifies the lessee that a commission will be given when a new lease contract of the rental is made based upon the rental information that the lessee is notified of.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
