To perform loop splitting accurately within a limited time.SOLUTION: An information processor 21 has: an acquisition unit 42 that acquires a relationship fi between a time required to solve an integer linear programming problem for dividing a first loop 17b into a second loop 17c and the number of instructions of the first loop 17b under the condition that the number of references of the second loop 17c obtained by dividing the first loop 17b does not exceed the hardware numbers HR and HS; a calculation unit 43 that calculates the number of first instructions S1 that is the number of instructions of the first loop 17b and that can solve the problem within a first time Tmax; a first division unit 44 that divides an input loop 17a and generates the first loop 17b with the second number of instructions S2 that is less than the first number of instructions S1; and a second division unit 45 that divides the first loop 17b into a second loop 17c by solving the problem over a second time T1 corresponding to the second number of instructions S2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
