Abstract:
To provide a device, a system, and a method for predicting abnormality in second processing before a work is transmitted to a second processing part.SOLUTION: An information processor 10 includes: a detector communication part 12 which predicts abnormality in a processing system including a first processing machine 70A for performing first processing on a processing target and a second processing machine 70B for performing second processing on the processing target subjected to the first processing by the first processing machine 70A and which acquires a first detection signal which changes in accordance with the operation of the first processing performed by the first processing machine 70A; a selection part 18 which acquires second abnormality information indicating that abnormality has occurred in the second processing machine 70B before the second processing is performed on the work; and a judgment part 21 which predicts the abnormality in the second processing based on the first detection signal and prediction model information set in association with the second abnormality information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
