To encourage a user to read the page that the user periodically reads among Web pages registered in a bookmark, on the day around the next expected access day.
An access history file generation part 42 obtains information showing the Web page registered in the bookmark from a bookmark setting part 32, and in every access to a different new Web site by a WWW browser 31, obtains a matching URL to determine whether the access is made to the Web page registered in the bookmark or not. If it is determined that the access is made to the Web page registered in the bookmark, up to N access dates are stored from the latest one in the access history file. A periodically reading Web page determining part 43 reads the access history file to determine a Web page periodically read by the user among the Web pages registered in the bookmark.
