PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and labor necessary for monitoring a moving body reflected in an imaged video based on light transmitting a fisheye lens.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes a normal progress moving body vector calculation part 111 for calculating a normal progress moving body vector by learning on the basis of past imaged videos obtained by an imaging device for performing imaging on the basis of light transmitting a fisheye lens, an object moving body vector detection part 112 for detecting an object moving body vector on the basis of an imaged video acquired by the imaging device with an object moving body reflected therein, and a determination part 113 for determining whether difference between the normal progress moving body vector and the object moving body vector exceeds a threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
