To improve the convenience of users who use a commercial facility.SOLUTION: An information processing device obtains first information relating to movement of a shopping cart that exists in a commercial facility. The information processing device determines whether a user who is using the shopping cart in the commercial facility is likely to leave the commercial facility, based on the first information.
