To make plural mobile bodies travel efficiently while suppressing cost increases of the mobile bodies.SOLUTION: An information processing device 200 comprises: a planning part 232 which plans a traveling route along which plural mobile bodies to be controlled are made to travel based on routing information; and a determination part 233 which determines whether or not an object is a mobile body other than the mobile bodies to be controlled when a sensor of the mobile body to travel along the traveling route detects the object in the inside of a detection range. The determination part 233 determines the mobile route on which the object is detected as a route where traveling is impossible due to a static obstacle in a case where the object is determined not to be the mobile body other than the mobile bodies to be controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
