Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to realize an information processing device that is capable of aiding the training of work trainees for customer service work. The information processing device (100) comprises: a facial information acquisition unit (111) for acquiring facial information including information on at least a portion of the face of a work trainee being trained for customer service work; a voice information acquisition unit (114) for acquiring voice information including information on utterances by the work trainee; a difference information derivation unit (118) for deriving first difference information representing the difference between first reference information and the state of the at least a portion of the face represented by the facial information acquired by the facial information acquisition unit (111), and second difference information representing the difference between second reference information and the voice information acquired by the voice information acquisition unit (114); and a presentation information generation unit (119) for generating presentation information corresponding to the first difference information and/or the second difference information.
