To provide a technology for controlling advertisement display suitable for toilet facilities.SOLUTION: An information processing device has display means and installed in a private room of a facility. A detection device for detecting the presence or absence of a user using the private room is installed in the private room. The information processing device comprises: first acquisition means for acquiring the degree of congestion in the facility derived on the basis of detection information that indicates the result of detection by the detection device; second acquisition means for acquiring stay duration information that indicates the stay duration of the user in the private room, when the detection information indicates the entry of the user to the private room; and display control means for controlling display by the display means on the basis of the degree of congestion and the stay duration information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
