Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, semiconductor chip, information processing method, and program which are capable of improving power efficiency.SOLUTION: An information processing device of an embodiment includes a data acquisition unit and a data storage control unit. The data acquisition unit obtains data detected by a sensor. The data storage control unit performs control so as to store the data obtained by the data acquisition unit to a first volatile memory if a sampling interval indicating an interval at which the data acquisition unit obtains data is a threshold value or less; and to store the data obtained by the data acquisition unit and the data stored in the first memory to a second nonvolatile memory if the sampling period exceeds the threshold value.
