Abstract:
To provide an information processing apparatus, a superposition display program and a superposition display method for improving an extraction efficiency of a ridge line of design data and expanding a scope of application of the superposition display technique.SOLUTION: A first group of lines corresponding to a ridge of an object is extracted based on a picked-up image of the object (A1). A first project image is generated based on design data of the object and a first external parameter (viewpoint position and visual line direction (A3). A second group of lines corresponding to a ridge of the object is extracted based on the first project image (A4). The second group of lines are converted to a third group of lines based on the first external parameter (A5). A second external parameter that is a view point position and a visual line direction same as the picked-up image is calculated based on a correspondence between the first group of lines and the third group of lines (A12). A second project image is rendered to be superposed on the picked-up image based on the design data and the second external parameter (A13).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
