The information processing device having the photographing function and capable of photographing an object on which a radio IC tag is mounted is equipped with: a photographing object check signal generation part generating a photographing object check signal for checking whether or not the photographing object exists to a radio IC tag; a signal transmission/reception part capable of transmitting the photographing object check signal and receiving a response signal from the radio IC tag to the photographing object check signal; and a control part for controlling the photographing function based on the received response signal when receiving the response signal.
